The studio
Liquid Genius is an independent studio doing three things most companies split across three vendors: building AI software, running innovation work, and teaching the skills to sustain both.
The name
The light bulb is the oldest symbol for an idea — and on its own, it’s just a promise. Our logo puts the bulb inside a glass of liquid because that’s where we think ideas belong: contained, tested, taking the shape of something real.
“Liquid” is also how we work. Technology should flow around your business, not the other way around. We adapt the tools to the team — never the team to the tools.
Fewer principles, held harder.
A modest tool used every day beats a dazzling demo used never. We optimize for Tuesday afternoon, not launch day.
If we can’t explain what we built and why in one page a non-technical owner can read, we haven’t finished the job.
Dependency is a bad business model. Every engagement transfers skill, not just software — that’s why teaching is a practice, not an afterthought.
Some problems don’t need AI. Some ideas shouldn’t be built. We’d rather lose a project than ship something we wouldn’t use ourselves.
“We measure ourselves the boring way: did the work get easier, faster, and better after we left?”Liquid Genius · Studio charter
Every engagement starts the same way — a short, honest conversation about what’s actually slowing you down.
